Cut refers to how well a diamond’s facets interact with light. The better the cut, the more fire, brilliance, and scintillation you’ll see.

Excellent · Very Good · Good · Fair · Poor
Neel Jewels® Standard: We offer only Excellent or Very Good cut diamonds.
Colour measures the absence of body colour. The less colour, the rarer and more valuable.
Scale
D (colourless) → Z (noticeable tint)
Tip: For a bright, colourless look, target D–H.
Clarity evaluates internal inclusions and external blemishes. Fewer inclusions = more light performance.

Buying Tip
VVS or VS offers exceptional brilliance—imperfections are typically not visible to the naked eye.
Carat measures diamond weight. Larger stones are rarer, but perceived size also depends on cut and proportions.
