At Neel Jewels®, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our 30-Day Exchange Policy ensures you can shop with confidence.

Returns & Exchanges

You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Once a return is initiated, a fully insured, free shipping label will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days.

Return Conditions

  • ✅ Items must be in their original purchase condition, including all documentation.
  • ✅ Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged Items

🚨 If your package or item arrives damaged, please:

  • Refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at +91-8850124007.
  • Retain all packing materials until advised otherwise by our team.
  • Report claims for damaged or missing items within one day of receipt.

Exchange Policy

  • 🔄 Items can be exchanged once within 30 days for their full value.
  • ❌ Orders exchanged under this policy are not eligible for the 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • 💰 Any difference in value for exchanged items must be paid by the customer.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • ❌ Engraved or personalized products
  • ❌ Special orders (final sale)
  • ❌ Incomplete returns missing paperwork or the product

Non-Resizable Items

Some designs cannot be resized, including:

  • 💎 Diamond and gemstone eternity rings (fixed gemstone count)

Return or Exchange Process

To return or exchange a diamond or jewellery item, follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Your Return

    📩 A free FedEx/UPS/DHL/Blue Dart/Sequel/BVC shipping label will be emailed to you within 7-10 days of initiating the return.

  2. Securely Package Your Item
    • 📦 Use the original packaging materials for secure shipping.
    • 📜 Include diamond grading reports or appraisals if applicable (₹5000 fee applies for missing reports).
    • 🔒 For security reasons, do not write "Neel Jewels®" on the box.
  3. Insure Your Shipment

    ✅ Use our complimentary return service with insurance, or purchase your own insurance for full protection.

Post-Return Processing

  • 📍 Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • ✅ You will receive a confirmation email once your return passes Quality Assurance.
  • 💳 Refunds are credited within 3-5 business days (wire transfers may take up to 10 days).
  • ⏳ High return volumes, such as after holidays, may slightly extend processing times.

Order Cancellations or Changes

  • To modify or cancel an order, contact us at +91-8850124007 before shipping confirmation.
  • ⚠️ Some changes may delay shipping.
  • ❌ Special orders and shipped items cannot be cancelled or altered.

Repair & Replacement Policy

  • 🔹 1-Year Warranty: Free replacements are offered for manufacturing defects within one year.
