30-Day Exchange Policy

Returns for refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Upon initiating a return, a fully insured, free shipping label will be emailed to you within 3-5 working days.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must remain in original purchase condition, including all documentation.
  • Items should be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged Items:

  • If your package or item arrives damaged, refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at +91-8850124007.
  • Retain all packing materials unless advised otherwise by Neel Jewels®.
  • Report claims for damaged or missing items within one day of receipt.

Exchange Policy:

  • Items can be exchanged once within 30 days for full value.
  • Orders exchanged under this policy are not eligible for the 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • Any value difference for exchanged items must be settled by the customer.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Engraved, personalized products, and gold coins are non-refundable.
  • Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Incomplete returns lacking paperwork or product will not be processed.

Non-Resizable Items

Certain designs cannot be resized, including:

  • Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with fixed gemstone counts.

Return or Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return:

    A free FedEx/UPS/DHL/Blue Dart/Sequel/BVC shipping label will be sent to you via email within 7 to 10 days of initiating your return.

  2. Securely Package Your Item:
    • Use original packing materials for secure packaging.
    • Include diamond grading reports or appraisals if applicable. (A ₹5000 fee applies for missing diamond reports.)
    • Avoid writing "Neel Jewels®" on the box for security reasons.
  3. Insure Your Shipment:

    Use our complimentary return service, which includes insurance, or purchase your own insurance for full protection.

Post-Return Processing

  • Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your return passes Quality Assurance.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, with wire transfers taking up to 10 days.
  • High return volumes, such as after holidays, may extend processing times.

Repair & Replacement Policy
