Ring Size Guide (India)

No ring handy? Use our simple string or paper strip method to measure your finger at home. Follow the steps below and match the circumference to your Indian ring size.

Method: Measure with a String or Paper Strip
Best for: Anyone without an existing ring (recommended if you don’t have a ring).

What you need

  • ✔️ A thin piece of string, floss, or a 5 mm wide paper strip
  • ✔️ A ruler (millimetres)
  • ✔️ A pen or marker

Step-by-step

  1. Cut a strip / take a string: Use a ~5 mm wide paper strip or thin string.
  2. Wrap at the base: Wrap around the base of the finger where the ring will sit. Keep it snug, not tight.
  3. Mark the overlap: Mark the point where it overlaps.
  4. Measure length: Lay it flat on a ruler; note the length in mm (this is your finger circumference).
  5. Match your size: Compare the circumference to an Indian Ring Size chart (e.g., ~54 mm ≈ Size 14).

📌 Example: Circumference 54 mmIndian Size 14.

📌 Tip: Between sizes? Pick the larger one for comfort.

Quick reference (approx.)
